I have posted a message to seller at Handleo Chat , but the message did not com. Why?
Communication via Handleo Chat is possible if the seller is available in chat. If our messages are not delivered, this indicates that the seller's chat is not currently active. In these cases, we can always contact the seller by email by clicking on Ask for a product (envelope icon), which is located in the seller's information.
When I paid online, I lost my connection to the Internet. What should I do?
Handleo is not liable for the effects of termination of the Internet connection and the operation of payment and e-banking systems. In the first place, you need to make sure that your bank's online system does not pay off. If the transfer has not been completed, you will need to make a re-payment.
I did not receive an order confirmation email.

What do the stars mean at the dealers?
The number of stars on the given seller represents the number of positive transactions with the seller. If the seller receives a negative or neutral comment, then the transaction sum is reduced accordingly. To check the credibility of a particular seller, we can suggest stars or choose an "under" star option - we can read all the comments and see the percentage of positive feedback the seller has received.
Is the use of a buyer's account paid?
Establishing a buyer account and using it is absolutely free.
Will I be able to close my Handleo account without registration?
Anyone can easily remove a Handleo account. The account will be deleted within 14 days of sending the message to Handleo. Notice of withdrawal from the agreement with the form is one of the enclosures of the Handleo Regulations. The rules and attachments are located at the bottom of the main page, in the O Handleo tab.
Handleo regulations require Tpay.com or PayPal, but I can not enter the required details when registering a seller. What should I do?
During registration you only need to provide the necessary data to verify the seller. In order to use Tpay.com and PayPal payment systems, once you have registered you will need to go to the Manager Panel in the My Data tab. On the first tab Master Data we can assign an email address to PayPal and add an id to Tpay.com.
I do not have an online shop, but I would like to sell my products on Handleo. Is it possible?
This is possible because Handleo provides all the necessary tools for online sales. To become a reseller in handleo.com, you must register your business.
During registration I chose a commission system. Can I change the way I use Handleo subscription?
A seller who has chosen a commission may choose to subscribe at any time. To subscribe, simply write a message asking you to change your billing system and send it to contact@handleo.com
I chose the commission system. If I do not sell anything in a month, will I have to pay a fee to Handleo?
Handleo Sp. z.o.o. No extra charge for running an account. The seller pays only a subscription fee or a commission for the sale of the product.
Is there a limit to the products I can place?
Regardless of whether the user has chosen a commission system or subscription, it can issue an unlimited number of products. Handleo does not charge for displaying products.
I run a car dealership. Why can not I choose a commission system?
In the category Motoring, in the subcategory Cars there are only announcements about the sale of passenger cars. The commission can not be levied because Handleo does not sell cars. For these reasons, dealers and car dealers can only choose a subscription as a form of collaboration with Handleo.
To sell and buy in Handleo I have to set up two accounts?
No, just set up a reseller account that allows you to sell and buy products.
I typed in a bad price. Do I have to remove the product and resubmit it?
In such situations, there is no need to remove the product. Once the product has been issued, the seller can still edit the listing and change the price of the product, its associated images, product description, or delivery forms, for example.
At what time should I settle my payments with Handleo?
On payment terms the seller has 7 days from the date of issue of the invoice by Handleo. If you want to check the deadline for paying the fee, go to the Manager Panel, under Payments tab. In the fourth column we find the date of payment of each invoice.
When I registered as a settlement system with Handleo I chose a commission. How long will I receive from Handleo invoice for using merchant account?
The settlement period of Handleo for a commission is one month. Sellers who have selected commissions as a form of settlement receive a receipt at the end of each month.
My account has been blocked. What should I do?
The most common reason for blocking a seller's account is not to pay Handleo payments. All you have to do is to go to the Manager Panel and go to the Payments tab. If your account has not been unlocked within 24 hours, please email us at:help@handleo.com. You may also be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
